Arncliffe Court Residential and Nursing Care Home

We are upgrading the phone systems at the Home from 5 p.m. on Wednesday 13th February, until the end of the month.

Unfortunately, this essential work will cause some disruption when contacting the Home during this period, but we aim to minimise this disruption and have the phone system operational as soon as possible.

The main switchboard of the Home will be operational again from 9 a.m on Thursday 14th February.  However, in order to facilitate direct calls to the individual Houses at the Home, mobile phones have been provided as listed below:

Welcome to Arncliffe Court

Under its previous ownership, Arcliffe Court was inspected by the Care Quality Commission, who identified areas where change was urgently needed to bring the home up to the standard our residents and their families expect.

At Advinia, we provide the highest quality of care to all our residents and as such, take this report very seriously. We pledge to raise standards across the board, working with the CQC to ensure that when next inspected, the home recieves a better rating.

Our friendly and approachable management teams are always on hand should you have questions about yourself or a loved one within the home.

Thought and care has been put into ensuring that our residents have plenty of activities and events to enjoy, whatever their tastes and interests.

Our activities

When it comes to things to do at Arncliffe Court, we work hard to make sure that there's a varied and fun programme of activities. Our activity co-ordinator meets with each resident to draw up a range of events and ensure that there's something to appeal to everyone – which can vary from gentle exercise sessions and flower arranging to quizzes and bingo.

A great way to socialise with the other residents is to join one of our clubs or groups. We also organise themed events on a regular basis too, where all the residents and their relatives can join in. Our residents regularly enjoy such activities as: karaoke sessions, Religious services and regular days out.

We're particularly proud of our chef and staff, who put a lot of thought and care into creating the menus every day.

Our Rooms

There are 150 attractively furnished bedrooms at Arncliffe Court, and all of them have a 24-hour nurse call system, television and telephone points, thermostatic radiators, smoke detectors and views over the stunning gardens.

All of the bedrooms are cleaned on a daily basis and there's also a laundry at our home where we take care of all our residents' washing.
