Education and Training
At Advinia we make every effort to support the development of our staff team. We actively encourage Quality Care Framework ( NVQ ) participation and most of our teams now have a minimal level 2 qualification, with many on level 3 and 4. We provide specialist training for nurses and team leaders as required and have up skilled many of the team to manage complex care needs.
Each new team member participates in a minimum of 3 days training covering all common induction standards and we utilise e-learning and face to face methods from specialist training providers.
We encourage development and career progression and actively support the ambitions of keen team members who have the desire and capability to progress into more senior roles. Our management structure is very lean and hands on, encouraging support and coaching at all levels.
