Very friendly and welcoming, staff very attentive with visitors and residents. A lot of interaction between staff and residents in the lounge area. Nice garden to walk round.

-Relative

Excellent care, support, facilities and staff.

Despite my cousins horror at the idea of going into care she settled easily into Roseacres and was very happy here. I was more than pleased with the care she received from some of the best carers I have met. I cannot thank the staff and managers enough.

Roseacres is a lovely property. It is bright, airy and homely with a very well tended large garden. Residents are well cared for. Activities take place during the week for the more capable and everyone enjoys the 'music man' on a Wednesday. Staff are always busy and attentive. I highly recommend Roseacres. Carers in this country are unfairly undervalued.

Would recommend 'Roseacres' to everybody. The staff are so kind and considerate, nothing is too much for them.

My 94 year aunt had to move into a care home after becoming too frail to care for herself at home. She was previously a very independent lady and we really thought we'd have difficulty settling her anywhere. She settled almost immediately and loved it there. The care she was given was faultless, right up until her recent death. We can't thank them enough for their kindness and support.
